4-Bit Counter & Hex Digit Display
Drives a 7-segment Hex Digit Display from a 4-bit Synchronous Counter and Clock source.
A 4-bit Counter increments on each rising clock edge.
A Hex Digit Display decodes a 4-bit nibble into segments a-g.
A Button provides asynchronous reset.
Key concept: synchronous counter with enable/clear.
Tip: If the display flickers, check for bouncing on the reset button.
